设备采用基恩士编程控制系统，面板采用触摸屏操作简单方便，伺服电机涂胶机构涂胶过程平稳均匀。检测系统采用日本基恩士CCD影像，气动配置采用进口元件。

流 程
装PVC软管→涂环已酮→上连接座→蝴蝶翼组件→检堵、检漏→上采血针组件→装堵头→剔废→下料

Load PVC tube → apply cyclohexanone → load connector → load butterfly component → check blockage and leakage → load blood collection needle component → load plug → remove unqualified product → unload finished needle
