上双叶片→缺叶片推出→组装针管→压针→涂胶→搓针1→搓针2→CCD检测刃面→烘箱→CCD检测刃面→CCD检测毛刺、倒针→硅化→剔废→上护套→压护套→缺套推出→卸料

Load double wing → remove non-wing zig→ load cannula→ fasten cannula →glue → rub needle 1 → rub needle 2 → CCD detection of bevel → oven → CCD detection of bevel → CCD detection burrs and inverted needles → Silicification→ remove unqualified needle →load needle cap→ fasten needle hub→ remove non-cap zig→ unload finished needle
