The servo motor coating mechanism is smooth and uniform. The detection system adopts the Keyence CCD image from Japan, and the pneumatic configuration adopts the imported components.

组装叶片→组装针管→涂胶(环氧树脂胶)搓针1→搓针2→烘干→检堵→CCD检测针尖毛刺、倒针→硅化→剃废→上护帽
→压护帽→下料

→ drying → jam detection → CCD detection of needle tip burr, inverted needle → silicification → waste shaving
